These differences in respiration rates<\/strong> are very useful for making set point recommendations by country,<\/strong> since it is not logical to have a universal set point.<\/p>\n

The respiratory rate of the different countries is closely linked to the soil and climate conditions of the place,<\/strong> which are very different when comparing one country with another. Thanks to the study we were able to verify and demonstrate that the avocados of each country has different metabolisms.<\/strong><\/p>\n

With this, we make specific recommendations in such a way that it arrives with the best quality at its destination. The important thing is not to follow recipes; each country produces fruit with completely different characteristics.
