Let’s talk about commercial aspects:Not all controlled atmospheres (CA) are the same. True!

By Liventus inCommodities

We adapt our recommendations according to what the receiver asks for in the different destinations.

We do not give recipes, but we carry out constant research and technical validations to deliver the best recommendation to our customers. These recommendations are specific by country, production area, focused on solving the specific problems of each client, providing the best post-harvest solutions.

Other CA technologies are based on maintaining low O2, and at Liventus we have verified that this is not the best way to efficiently control and reduce the fruit’s respiration rate. CO2 is, and we are experts in maintaining constant CO2 during the trip, since our controller is set for this to happen. In addition, it is a safe and quality technology:

  • Because of the sensors that our controller has, which manages its movements, and allows for a constant maintenance of the gases, added to the fact that it responds immediately to any problem that might occur during maritime transit, such as an increase in T°, preventing fruit suffocation.
  • The battery lasts 55 days, so it operates independently of the power of the container. In any situation of disconnection or power problem, our device continues to function normally
