The use of both technologies allows extensive control of the main deterioration variables that influence blueberries.
On the one hand, the Liventus Controlled Atmosphere provides excellent control over fungi thanks to the high and constant concentrations of CO2, while the Liventus Macroperforated Pallet Bag increases the relative humidity around the fruit (between 92-95%), which translates into a decrease in weight loss and dehydration, resulting in firmer fruit at destination.
