Liventus macro-perforated pallet bags are open at the base, so the air can circulate freely through the pallet and the packaging. Air from the container is able to enter from the base of the pallet upwards. This allows temperatures to be maintained homogeneously throughout the pallet, without there being a significant difference between the fruit on the top versus the fruit on the bottom.
At Liventus we have verified this theory through different studies, through validations obtained with temperature sensors in the pallet. Using the pallet bag does not affect the internal temperature.
